We are proud to offer a tuition reimbursement program that encourages our associates to continue to succeed, learn and grow. Greystone Scholars attending classes at an accredited school can receive up to $3,000 per calendar year towards their education. In order to qualify, all they need is at least six months of full-time employment with Greystone, good academic standing at school and a satisfactory job performance.
Meet Sheralee. She’s one of many Greystone Scholars enrolled in tuition reimbursement. Sheralee is bright, young and ambitious, and we love watching her achieve her goals and dreams.

My name is Sheralee Leonardo and I am the Project Coordinator for the clinical leadership team at the corporate office in Tampa. As a young professional, I want to be part of a company where I can grow. With Greystone, I’ve gained the knowledge and mentorship I need to become a leader. I’ve learned how to implement best practices for patients and healthcare providers throughout the industry.
Prior to joining GHCM, I was a pre-nursing student at University of South Florida where I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Since the majority of my financial aid went to completing this degree, financially, I just didn’t have the means to complete the nursing program.
Making the choice to join Greystone in 2014 has not only given me the opportunity to go back to school to become a Registered Nurse through Greystone’s tuition reimbursement program, but also has given me the opportunity to gain the mentorship from the leaders in the company. It’s rare to find a company that consists of skilled and caring people who are willing to share their expertise to help promote associates at all career levels. This is exactly what Greystone’s leadership has done for me.
Working for Greystone has given me the opportunity to work side-by-side with the Vice President of Healthcare Services, the Corporate Director of Education and the Corporate Director of Clinical Services. I’ve also been given the opportunity to be personally mentored by the CEO and the CFO of the company on a daily basis.
This company has given me the platform to immerse myself in different types of clinical programs such as Falls, Urinary Incontinence and Infection Control Programs. It has also allowed me to be familiar working with different learning management systems such as Relias Learning and Cornerstone to better support our facility staff with obtaining their Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
Greystone’s confidence in my abilities paired with their continuous encouragement in my journey as an aspiring leader in the healthcare industry has truly been a huge part of who I am today. I am honored to be part of my Greystone family as a Clinical Project Coordinator and I look forward to continuing our leadership’s efforts in providing compassionate care as a future Registered Nurse.
